Abonitalla Family of Nazareth (2nd Street)

The Abonitalla of Nazareth is a descendant of Teodorico Abonitalla+ and Placida Dagala+ whose parents are Faustino and Cristina.

One of the offspring is our grandfather, Miguel Abonitalla+ who was married to Liberty Orcullo of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, a daughter of a long time Mayor in Claveria in the 1950′s to 70′s. The early family live in Claveria with Miguel Abonitalla serving as Principal in the elementary school of Hinaplanan after world war two ended. My grandfather serve as a lieutenant of the United States Army Forces in the Far East (USAFFE) during the 2nd world war. As a school principal he also help managed the family owned cattle ranch that has 700 cows at any one time to tend in over a thousand hectares of pasture land. They have eigth children, Nestor (Boie), Virginia (Bebe), Sonia, Lourdes (tata), Marivic, Sarah, Gilbert (Edu), Cecilia+ (Inday). In the early 60′s the family settled back in Nazareth, Cagayan de Oro City.

This blog site is maintain by Michael Casiño Abonitalla, eldest son of Nestor married to Gonzala Laotoco Casiño of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

This blog site is a tribute to our family, friends, relatives and all kagay-anons in the city, in other parts of the Philippines and abroad.
