Dahilayan Adventure Park

Dahilayan is located in Manolo Fortich Bukidnon, about 40 kilometers from Cagayan de Oro City passing by Del Monte Camp Phillips. It is in the foot of Mount Kitanglad range which is declared as a national park of nature. This place is so much more like Baguio in its pristine days before. The scenery and temperature is like you are in the States. I’ve been in this place before there was so much development at the Dacudao family Farm. But now it will have a soon to open Dahilayan Adventure Park which has Asia’s longest dual cable zipline, dubbed the ZipZone. Here are some more pictures and a video with the owner himself who test it Mr. Elpie Paras, the leading technology innovator in Cagayan de Oro which he founded also the first cable system outside Metro Manila right here at CDO.

Your post is very interesting though I’m not sure where the park is located in Manolo Fortich. I have passed through the town going to Davao but I’m not sure with the park. Is there in any way you could point me some directions where the park is located? Your answer will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards
Bar

The rates are P200 for a single course, P400 for the double course and P500 for the whole three courses.
Hi Bar, the Davao route will not passby Dahilayan since its in the inner place in the foot of Mt. Kitanglad. If you reach Alae area from CDO, watch out for a rotunda before reaching the bridge and turn right straight ahead you will passby Menzi orchard then Camp Philipps then proceed further until you reach Dahilayan.
Hi Larry, yeah Dahilayan is quite near already to your place in Camp Philips. I’m pretty sure Dahilayan will become a tourist attraction like Bagiou in the near future.

My work friends and I had the opportunity to explore the park a couple of weekends ago. The park’s 4×4 safari truck took us on a wild ride leading to the extreme tower deck. We took flight and successfully conquered the longest zipline in Asia! We were pleasantly suprised when we found out that Mr. Paras took video footages of our team in action and uploaded it on his YouTube channel. ZipZone is a MUST experience but it is definitely not for the faint hearted… We’re thinking of heading back to check out their multi- level ropes course – it’s the first of its kind in the country. \m/

Gazelle, I think there is no overnight accommodation there as of the moment but it will only take over an hour travel from Cagayan de Oro. Jen, I think no need for reservation but the park is only open from friday to sunday every weekend. Joseph, it is open now just recently.
